Tara Dollison

Raised in the outskirts of the Black Hills in Newcastle, Wyoming, Tara is a dedicated professional, community advocate, and proud parent. Tara developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for community values that continue to shape both personal and professional pursuits.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management, Tara has built a career centered on empowering others and fostering growth within organizations. With a passion for helping people thrive, Tara brings compassion, strategic insight, and a collaborative spirit to every endeavor.

Outside of work, Tara is a devoted parent to two children who are actively involved in sports, often found cheering from the sidelines and supporting their athletic journeys. This commitment to family and community extends to Taras’s role on the board of the Compass Center for Families, where she works to ensure families across the region have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Whether on the ranch, at her kids' sports, in the office, or in the community, Tara is driven by a belief in the power of connection, leadership, and service.
