Shannon Sickler 

Shannon Sickler has been working for Compass Center for Families since June of

2013. Shannon began as a visitation supervisor and later moved into the role of

Visitation Program Manager/Johnson County office manager. In 2016, Shannon

became a certified mediation specialist through the Florida Family Association of

Mediation Specialists. She helps never-married couples create a co-parenting custody
