Parent Mediation, allows never-married couples the opportunity to create a co-parenting custody plan for their children when the adult relationship ends.

We can help you create a plan that is in the best interest of the children and allows each parent to have a significant role in their children’s life. We help you to agree on custody and will help you to file your plan with the courts.

You must both agree to make best efforts at mediation, have an open child support case with CSA and be under a certain income to qualify. This is free program if you qualify.
